SDL, a member of the Analog Devices DSP Collaborative third-party network, offers DSPdeveloper™, a graphical software tool that greatly reduces overhead time and facilitates the deployment of real-time software development on ADI SHARC DSP and Blackfin DSP-based processors. SDL's DSPdeveloper works in conjunction with ADI's VisualDSP++™ Integrated Development Environment and software offered by The MathWorks, Inc. to assist in the development and testing of DSP applications.

SDL's DSPdeveloper integrates seamlessly with the standard MATLAB environment from The MathWorks, allowing a transition from MATLAB-based algorithm development to executable DSP code. You can develop your applications in The MathWorks Simulink graphical flow-chart based simulation environment, and use DSPdeveloper to automatically compile, download, and run the algorithms on your ADI SHARC DSP and Blackfin DSP hardware in real-time.
