Я не смог проплатить через инет-портал, т.к. их сайт не позволяет вводить CVV-код крредитной карты. Распечатал App Form, заполнил её и отослал факсом. Через пару недель пришло электронное письмо с подтвержденим об оплате и данные для логина-пароля на сайте IEEE. Вообще, не стесняйтесь задавать вопросы по адресу member-services@ieee.org. Они отвечают и достаточно быстро. Вот выдержка из моей переписки по поводу регистрации и оплаты.
Вопрос 1.
I am trying to pay IEEE membership by VISA card. I can't do it because my bank requires additional CVV code of my card. I can't find CVV code field in IEEE on-line application form (only cardholder's mane, card number, expiration date and postal code). How can I enter CVV code of my card to IEEE on-line application form?

Thank you for your e-mail. Please be advised that you may download the IEEE member application and mail or fax 1-732-562-6380 to Member Services.
Please include the payment method and CVV code number.

But I still have several questions.
1. I downloaded IEEE member application in Adobe PDF format. I can't find CVV field in this blank application. I'll write CVV code by hands in the "Payment Method" area. Is it right?
2. I can't find any IEEE publications list in this application. When can I subscribe to IEEE publications using on-line interface? When can I receive these publications after subscription?

Thank you for your email. It is okay to write in the CVV code by hand. I have attached a copy of the brochure that list the societies and publications. Keep in mind the brochure list the full year amount. If you are applying for half year it would be half of the full year price.
