Q
I am in the final stages of my DSP design and I am preparing to fabricate my system. Is there a specification for how I should tie my unused pins?
A
The DSP Applications Engineering group recommends that the DSP's pins should be biased in the following fashion:
PWDACK: 10k pull-down resistor
A0-An, D0-Dn: floating (unconnected)
EZ-ICE connection: floating (unconnected)
IS: 10k pull-up resistor
PMS, DMS, BMS, IOMS: 10k pull-up resistor
BR, WR, RD: 10k pull-up resistor
Interrupt pins: 10k pull-up resistor
Good luck!
