The new industrial-temperature EZ-USB FX2LP (CY7C68013A) devices are USB-IF certified and in full production. The device is offered in 100- and 128-pin TQFP and 56-pin QFN and SSOP packages. Cypress also offers the CY3684 EZ-USB FX2LP Development Kit to facilitate the design process and speed time-to-market for customers. Priced at $495, it is available for download at the Cypress "On-line Store" at www.cypress.com.

The controller, which comes packaged in a 5Ч5-mm, 56-ball VFBGA (very fine pitch ball grid array), is priced at $2.95 (100,000).
