Howdy,

I'm on the lookout for some serial RAM. I have found
plenty of EEPROM and Flash RAM but I am just looking for
plain ordinary RAM that I can use with minimal number of
pins from my microcontroller. SPI interface would be best
but something like I2C is ok as well.

Does anyone know of a serial RAM chip? I have not found
any at Microchip, Xicor, Dallas Semiconductor, ect yet.
