With its series of sensors ME 500 and ME 600, Metallux SA manufactures two structurally different pressure sensors thick film technology.
The sensors are designed so that sensitive part is exposed directly to the chemical element to be measured
because, thanks to the very good chemical resistance, the ceramic materials used do not normally required any extra protection.
The ruggedness of sensor ME 500 allows mounting in any specific housing of the customer.
Both series of sensors are calibrated as regards their zero point, coefficient of thermal expansion and sensitivity so that they can be used in wide ranges of temperatures as extra high precision sensors.
The thick film technology not only offers proven long term stability and high quality, but also favorable prices. The sensors are available in standard version for pressure range 1…1000 bar (ME 600) and 0,3…1000 bar (ME 500) either as absolute pressure or relative pressure sensors
