What is the reset specification of the AT91M40400?

To trigger a reset, the reset signal NRST must be tied low during at least 10 cycles of the Master Clock MCKI. The NRST pin integrates a pull-up resistor (between 8K Ohms and 41K Ohms). Like all other pins of the AT91M40400, the NRST pad is 5V tolerant.
