Take any TVS in 20-25V range and connect between all control/data lines and ground. Depends upon your application you will need from 2 to 8 TVS per COM port.
i.e.: 1.5KE20C - 20Volts TVS, produced by a lot of different manufacturers, sold by "Chip+Dip" and others (in Moscow).
