Once I achieved 10-20 ms screen update time for following configuration:
WinNT -> LPT in FastSPP(part of ECP) mode -> Altera EPM7128 with address autoincrement and glue logic -> SED13705 -> LCD 320x240.
Without autoincrenemt and in SPP mode it was approximately 100-200ms.
