In Moore stste machines, the present state of the state machine
depends only on its previous input and previous state, and the
present output depends only on the present state.

1. STATE MACHINE WITH ASYNCHRONOUS OUTPUTS
In Mealy state machine, the outputs are a function of the inputs and the current state.
